ABOUT US

You have created a successful business and are looking at ways to grow.  Or the business is growing so fast, you have not had time to look ahead.  Maybe your business seems to have plateaued and it needs a nudge to get it growing again.  Agile Ant works with small to mid-sized businesses who need support for the challenges of growth.  We have two choices for you to work with us: the basic approach or an advanced approach.  With the basic approach, you will get support in formula development and access to economical and effective scale and corrosion inhibitors.

The advanced approach, called the Agile Collaboration Approach, was created specifically to address the needs of growing small and mid-sized businesses.  With this approach, I will help you create higher performing, more loyal teams of staff and contractors, get a truer understanding of your business needs and create greater personal joy and fulfillment.  It also helps you avoid becoming the Revolving Door of the industry.

This approach is not a fit for everyone’s needs though.  It is for companies who are finding success, but feel there are better ways to do things, challenges with team dynamics or are concerned about the next stage of growth for their business.  They are also comfortable collaborating with a partner who is only interested in their success.  A member of our advanced approach program does not necessarily need to use our basic services to get the full benefits either.  If this sounds like your company or team, you might be a good candidate for this advanced process.

We created The Agile Collaboration Approach™ based on our decades experience acting as and working with many leaders in the water treatment industry.  We have all faced similar challenges with growing businesses.  Each of us has dealt with blind spots that are hard to see by ourselves, challenges that are easier to ignore and step over rather than deal with and a limited network of resources that takes times and intention to grow.  We have ended up with employees who are hard to motivate, complacent and struggle with change.  We, ourselves, may face these challenges too.  As our staff come and go, our businesses become the Revolving Door of industry. 

When we are the Revolving Door, we waste money developing staff who move on to other opportunities.  Not only do we waste money, we waste time, effort and potentially, difficult to replace experience.  When we bring in people to replace lost staff, we need to start over again and find it difficult to gain traction.  It is impossible to build a culture of performance and loyalty and this increases our own stress and satisfaction levels.  Many times, this works its way into our personal lives too.  And to top it off, we end up training and supplying staff for our competition!
